Our nightly cabin rentals offer a unique and comfortable lodging opportunity conveniently located in downtown, historic Pierce, Idaho. In addition to being the first Idaho “Gold Rush” town established in 1860, Pierce is the “Gateway to the Clearwater Backcountry” with plenty of adventures for the outdoor enthusiast. Located just west of the Bitterroot Mountains in north central Idaho, our area is perfect for hunting, fly fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, ATV riding, hiking, gold panning, and photography. (Visit our Pierce page for more details about recreation opportunities in the area.) Our rural community offers services, including a grocery store, a saloon with food service, post office, hardware store, auto parts store, laundromat, and gas station. Pierce is home to the Idaho Youth ChalleNGe Academy, established in 2014.
We now have fourteen nightly rental units; each is unique. Our main Outback property consists of five small cabins, the Log Lodge and three 2-bedroom suites which are comfortably inviting and offer complete kitchen facilities, satellite television, wireless internet access, and a free continental breakfast. We have two RV sites with water, sewer and electric hook-ups. Our large Log Lodge, can accommodate up to 9 people, can serve as a group-meeting facility, and features a private hot tub. The Outback Uptown will sleep up to 6, is beautifully decorated, and located right in the middle of Pierce. The Outback Mountain Retreat (formerly Three Mountains Retreat); is two log cabins in a quiet setting, located one mile north. Each cabin sleeps 4, with a small private bath, a small fridge, microwave and a BBQ grill on the porch. Also located one mile north of town is our newly acquired Cottonwood Vacation Rental duplex; a one bedroom beautifully decorated house or a spacious studio apartment; both units available for nightly, weekly or longer term rental.
