Pet Fee:
$10.00 for dogs and cats; $5.00 for dogs under 12 pounds . We request that all pets are kept off the beds.
RV Rates:
RV Sites are $30.00 per night, which includes electric, water, and sewer hook-ups, wireless internet access, and use of all outdoor amenities.
Reservations:
Please call to determine availability. A credit card number will be required to hold the room. A minimum of two (2) nights reservation may be required on some holiday and 1860 Day’s weekends.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservation cancellations (with the exception of Oct-Nov and 1860 Days) must be received within 24 hours of the 2:00 pm check-in time to prevent an automatic charge for the room.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. Earlier check-in can be arranged if the unit was not occupied the previous night. Check-out time is at 12:00 p.m. Later check-out times can usually be arranged with management approval.
Higher Rates apply during peak hunting season – approximately Nov 8 – 20. Due to high demand during hunting season (Oct-Nov), changes or cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the first day of stay and no refunds will be issued due to early departure. A fee may be applied if cancellation is made within 2 weeks of November reservation. Please do not hesitate to call for availability, even during peak hunting season.

All of the units are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the porches only.
